The Human Bean is your one stop locally owned and operated coffee shop with eight stand alone locations plus our mobile coffee truck serving Fort Collins, Greeley, Evans, Loveland, LaSalle and Windsor in Northern Colorado. Our local team is dedicated to embracing the community through donations to local nonprofits, as well as financial giving through our Guest Barista Program. The largest financial donation made throughout the year is made in October during our Coffee for a Cure fundraiser, where 100% of sales from all locations are donated to local hospital cancer projects.
Come join the marvels of coffee with us and take a sip with The Human Bean!
Hometown: I usually say, “Southern Fort Collins”, because we have lived here 18 years; but for accuracy’s sake (and because my accent doesn’t sound “Coloradoan”) it is Franklin, Tennessee.
When you’re not at THB: Taking care of Frank Sherman and visiting our children and grandchildren. Most of my time is spent driving the “Bean-Around” and shopping for our warehouse deliveries.

Favorite Bean drink: For summer, it is a Peach Italian Soda or an Arnold Palmer with North West Raspberry syrup. (Don’t forget to get the lemon slice in it.) For winter, it is Mostly Toasty Chai. Year round, I have to stop at our LaSalle stand and get my weekly dose of frozen yogurt. (Yes, we sell yogurt, but only in LaSalle)
